Connecting Senior Veterans in the Community – Bandstand Theater Trip

On Saturday January 4th, Honored Legacies was privileged to take seven WWII and two Vietnam veterans to the production of Bandstand, a Broadway musical about WWII soldiers and their issues with PTSD after the war. The music was absolutely amazing! The plot was not lost on our vets and it brought honor to them to know that their sacrifices were recognized and appreciated! After the show, our guys were asked to participate in a “meet and greet” with the cast! The young people were so gracious and honored to meet our heroes and the veterans had a wonderful time visiting with them! We are so thankful to Wil Elrick and the Broadway Theater League for hosting our group!

We had a great time.
